Guides
Retired executives, teachers, veterans, founders, parents, caregivers, faith leaders and industry experts. They bring what they actually lived, scars included.
Stories
The community's memory. Every honest account left behind keeps helping long after the conversation that produced it has ended.

A Guide's answer starts with what happened to them. No frameworks borrowed from a book neither person has read.
We tell the parts that went badly
The useful half of any story is usually the half that hurt. Sanitised advice helps nobody make a hard decision.

Conversations are private between the Seeker and the Guide. Nothing is published without the person's word.

Nobody is buying an outcome. One person gives time, another receives it, and both leave a little less alone.
